Currently I updated the version to the latest 5.0.2 but still I could not able to search inside the dropdown list box with the text box as shown in the below.
This is not what you've reported in your first post - that's the advanced filter where there is no search at all.

No, you can use FilterTemplate to enable such. Check our demos for reference on how to define FilterTemplate.
I had the same issue with the Checkbox filter after the 5.0x update - until I forced a refresh with ctrl + F5.
Hey @SloSuenos,
I doubt you enabled filtering on advanced filter drop downs with a browser refresh. 
Perhaps I misspoke or am confused. I was just referring to the fact that the Checkbox filter search ability didn't work until I refreshed.
