I purchased a Radzen license for visual studio.
It allows me to access premium content, I can create a project with the material 3 theme.
However, when I put 'material3' on a project created before getting the license, the theme doesn't load, as if it were incorrect.

Could you please clarify what you mean by that? Did you try changing the theme from the Theme option?
I haven't been able to change it manually but I confirm that it works by going through the Theme option.

Changing it manually won't work as premium themes are not embedded. They need to be installed by changing the theme through the UI.
