Could you please consider either defaulting to off or remembering last setting for cascade delete?
I am re scaffolding often and it is annoying to have to turn if off each time...
This app is amazing, I think the more custom settings in scaffolding the better.

Yes, in short you are correct, would be very helpful. I understand you have to prioritize your enhancements.
I will say that SOME settings are remembered, so it's just applying that everywhere.
Those 2 being unchecked is remembered as an example.
The tree checkboxes are unchecked if there is no code generated for these items. Other settings are not easily obtainable from the generated code however as I already posted we will do our best to provide such features at some point.
