Blazor Radzen Multiple DropDown - Selected values Binding

HI,

I'm having issues with selected values in a multiple Dropdown.

I have a Radzen tree with nodes. So based on the selected Node I want the selected values in the dropdown to change. When I debug I saw the values are correct.
But in the view the binding is not always correct in a few scenarios. This happens when I change the nodes and go back to a node. So the first time a change node it loads the selected values in the dropdown correctly.
I have attached the Razor page. The Radzen Blazor version I'm using is 2.4.0.
Please help us like always. If you need anything else I can provide.
