This is known issue with Blazor 0.0.7 and .Net Core 2.2

Update to SDK 2.2.100 throws "An item with the same key has already been added. Key: .wasm"

Will work normally with 2.1.5.

We are working also to update our templates to .Net Core 3.0, still there are issues that are stopping us for now:
