Angular - GoogleMap - API key not taking

I put in my API key, and google console shows hits against the key. But I'm still getting the can't load correctly message box and development watermark.

Cleared my browser cache, etc. but can't seem to get the API key to take. Any thoughts or things to try?

Ignore the request, it was a problem on the goolge account. Billing account wasn't properly linked to project/API.
