Allow for using the keyboard in timepicker

The 'Date with time' and 'Year range (2018-2019)' datepicker have a timepicker.
I would like to enter a time through my keyboard, but this does not seem to work (current Firefox/Chrome)

BTW:
there's a small configuration bug on this page too. Both described inputfields have a placeholder 'Select range', but they aren't configured to accept a range of dates.

Thanks, we will correct the demo. The time in the time part of the picker cannot be changed with keyboard - you can do that in the input only. This is how PrimeNG Calendar works: https://www.primefaces.org/primeng/#/calendar
