Add Value property to RadzenPanelMenuItem like RadzenMenuItem

Hi,

I have just noticed that you have added a Value property to the RadzenMenuItem and that it is passed to the MenuItemEventArgs of the RadzenMenu.Click EventCallback.

Can you also add this for the RadzenPanelMenu + RadzenPanelMenuItem?
