Accessibility Issue in Radzen Filters

Dear Radzen Team,

I have encountered an accessibility issue in the filtering system of Radzen. The filter dropdown does not allow navigation using the keyboard, making it difficult for users who rely on keyboard shortcuts or assistive technologies to interact with it efficiently.

Since accessibility compliance is crucial for usability and inclusivity, I kindly request that this issue be reviewed and addressed in a future update. Please let me know if there are any planned improvements regarding this matter.

Looking forward to your response.

Best regards,
Maryna

That's not true.

I have followed the documented keyboard shortcuts for navigating the DataGrid filter dropdown, specifically using Alt + DownArrow on a focused header cell to open the filter popup. Unfortunately, this key combination does not work as expected.

Additionally, in the filter dropdown list containing checkboxes, I can select items one by one using the keyboard, but there is no way to select all items at once without using the mouse.

Not sure what that means. Feel free to submit pull request with proposed improvement.

In the checkbox filter dropdown, there is no focus on the first element when opening the list, making it difficult to navigate using the keyboard.
The "Select All" option can only be checked using the mouse, as there is no way to do it with the keyboard.
Once the filter popup is open, it is not possible to navigate through the filter options using the keyboard—only the mouse works.
Could you confirm if they are known problems and if there are any planned fixes?

I see now. You are referring some of none default filters - we will do our best to improve them as well.

Thank you for your response and for acknowledging the issue. I appreciate your efforts. Please let me know if you need any additional details or testing feedback.

We don’t need any additional information, we accept however pull requests as I already noted.
