Swagger data source missing

Swagger does not appear as a data source for blazor server or client using 2.53.7'

Is this correct?

Yes, Swagger data source is not available for Blazor and it's not part of our roadmap at the moment.
UPDATE: We've decided to add Swagger data source to our roadmap - it should be available later this month.
