The tooltip function:
Bug nº1:
If a tooltip is triggered and then its template form closes, the tooltip never disappears.
Bug nº2:
If a tooltip is triggered, closes, then it's triggered again, it never disappears.
Bug nº3:
If any tooltip is triggered, no other tooltip will ever close automatically, except the first one.

I've added tooltips to Add Order page UserName and OrderDate labels in attempt to reproduce these problems however everything worked as expected:
Tooltips will close on form close:
Both tooltips will reappear correctly after close:
Are you using some of the latest Radzen.Blazor versions? I've tested this with 2.17.10.
Oh yes, my apologies. I was a little bit behind in version 2.17.5.
All these bugs are now fixed in version 2.17.10.
