Radzen generates a "1" after a table name

Hello Radzen team,
i have generated a new app from database schema.
One table name is “Schaden”. But Radzen generates it as “Schaden1”.
Any clues why this happens?

Hi Thomas,

This can happen if there is a name conflict.

Hi Vladimir,
that was my thought too.
I named the app “Schaden” and the folder name is “Schaden”.
i cant imagine where a name conflict can occur in this context
Perhaps the app name? Is it not possible to have a table name which is the same as the app name?
it is… sure… with a “1” added to the table name. no big problem. Only disturbing.

can you confirm my suggestion “table name <> app name” or is it something else?

Regards
Thomas

Hi Thomas,

Yep, this is the reason. If table and app names are equal this will cause conflicts in the generated C#.

Vladimir

Hi Vladimir,
Thats ok and easy to solve if known.

Thank you
Thomas
