Problem rendering pages

I am using version 2.44.0 on the Mac. Several pages in this version are being rendered in error in the editor. What happened to that version?

Radzen 2.44.2 on Windows is still giving a rendering error ......

Old versions of my code from end February is working, but all copies from beginning March is giving the same error.

Unfortunately not yet a subscriber. I will try to work forwards from the old version of my app which is working and try to figure it out.

I have re-installed version 2.43.9, and it is working.
So there is still some or other quirk in 2.44.2 for Windows.

Observed some issue with the editor: for example, if i deleting component, it still visible on the page.
