Hi. haven't found the info anywhere (probably it's somewhere in the documentation, please let me know): how many pages of the app can I create if using a free Radzen plan?

You haven't found any information about a page number limitation because there isn't any 
You can add as many pages as you want. There is a limitation in the number of applications that you can create with Radzen Community edition - only one.

What do you mean by templates? The page templates in the "New page wizard" are available in Radzen Community. Our pricing page lists the differences between the community and professional features.
