How to create CMS with Blazor server in Radzen IDE

I need to create a simple CMS. I want to use Blazor server for the admin (in Radzen IDE). The public would preferably be razor pages.
How can I go with this?

Radzen doesn't have any built-in features that would allow you to create a CMS.
