We are able to, custom controller, add report title and timestamp on Export Excel. But we have hard time to find reference info to apply auto filter and freeze panes. Any idea?

The ExportController generated by Radzen do not have any code that will enable auto filter or frozen panes however you can extend it in the way you want if you add it to application ignore list. Here is the official Microsoft documentation:
