maybe I only face this issue again but
But when I changed the radzen version from 4.0.0 to 4.1.0 the empty data grid template is not the same anymore.
When I hover over it it seems like this counts now as a normal row and there is this blue color.
Maybe it is just me again cause on your side is it working as expected.
