When a dialog is opened, the background scrollbar disappears, shifting the content a bit. This is annoying and I'm not sure how to fix it. Any ideas?

Radzen dialog is modal and because of this will cover everything behind the dialog with a div to prevent any interaction. Will disable also body/window scrolling.
