You can deploy the application to a intranet server where your co-workers can access the site. If the server is Windows you can deploy to IIS.

Do i have runtime Costs with this method?
If the server is in your network no, you will have runtime costs only if you deploy to some public server like Microsoft Azure, Digital Ocean, etc.
