I am not sure I understand why you would not implement this

Different customers have different requirements, so far for 7 years UTC worked perfectly for our customers.

How are we supposed to manage a calendar shared by an office in Berlin and an office in Montreal? People think in their own time zone, not UTC...

I don't suppose there's a way I'm not seeing to make the Scheduler component use UTC dates internally and for passing parameters to the IQueryable? I actually had my NHibernate mapping set up to use UTC DateTimes and it blew up when the generated query was executed because the DateTimeKind didn't match.
